(More customer reviews)I have read other reviews for this printer, and some of them have been pretty negative. I have not had a single problem with this printer, and I am a college student! So little noise, and so lightweight. Love the scanner and copier features. Software installed fine on my Windows Vista-run computer. It does not seem to use a whole lot of ink, so that will cut down on the cost. In closing, all I can say is: what are all of you complaining about?
