(More customer reviews)The Gemini Philips Extra Large Screen Caller ID was exactly what we wanted and it worked fine for precisely eleven days, when the display screen stopped functioning. The light that lights up the screen and the incoming call indicator continued to work, so the problem wasn't a lack of electrical power. I submitted a request-for-support form on the ANTOnline Support Website, and in response they e-mailed me the Gemini Support Website URL with instructions to contact Gemini directly. On April 1st, I filled out Gemini's request-for-support form on the Website, sent it, and got an immediate response: "Thank you... Your support request has been sent." On April 12, with no further response from Gemini, I sent an e-mail message to ANTOnline Support with scanned copies of printed copies of all previous correspondence. A week later, not having received a response, I re-sent my previous message with a note urging them to respond. It's now 25 days later and I've not heard anything. It's a great product if it works, but you'll be out $40+ (with shipping) if it doesn't. Extremely poor customer service.
