I was interested in getting into vinyl transfers anyway, but was pretty put off by the price of some of the clamshell presses on the market. After doing a week's worth of research, I hesitantly settled on this press.
I've used presses in the past, and I can absolutely say this is an outstanding press for the money. I haven't once regretted purchasing it; it maintains the appropriate temperature consistently and is a no-frills, get-the-job-done press. If you're looking to get into vinyl transfers, I would definitely recommend this press.
