Sound quality is good, and we are pleased that the voice actuation of the mic is sensitive and fast, so that it does not cut off the first few syllables of an utterance. (we have had that problem with other speakerphones.) I wonder if the unhappy reviewer got a lemon, or whether it has to do with the phone line.
