(More customer reviews)I tried to order this product twice and each time it came with dead pixels. I am very disappointed. I gave up on this product and am looking for something else. Picture quality would have been fine. Do note that the contrast ratio is 450:1 so the color isn't as vibrant as your monitor. However, I believe that it is customary in the digital frame market.
