Typically, 95% of the screen protectors are that very thin material that you stick on the screen, hope against hope that you don't have bubbles, but you almost always do. When the screen is off, you see the bubbles, thankfully when the screen is on, the bubbles are pretty invisible..... BUT these JavoScreen protectors are a completely different animal. They are thick, and tough, and relatively firm. And because of those properties, they go on with NO bubbles, and they are easily moveable (adjustable) should you not get it on perfectly the first time. Further, they come with a little squeegee thingy to make sure its on there good. This is the state of the art for screen protectors. And this all becomes an even bigger issue for men, because of whiskers, over time the screen will get dulled and scratched. Because of the thickness and quality of these, scratches to the screen are no longer an issue.
