(More customer reviews)My daughter was happy with this unit -- for the first three times she used it. After the third use, the words no longer display on the screen for some reason. I tried contacting the company using several different email addresses listed on their web site, but they all get returned as being blocked by their Spam server. I even emailed the webmaster to let him/her know, and that email got returned, too!
